As stated in the Bylaws of the Watauga County TDA, the Authority shall consist of six (6) members appointed to three (3) year terms by the County Board of Commissioners, except for the initial appointees, whose terms shall be as follows: Two members with terms expiring February 28, 2009, and two members with terms expiring February 28, 2008, and two members with terms expiring February 28, 2007.
